When will I receive my E-ticket?
Most E-tickets are issued instantly and will be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive your E-ticket instantly, it will be stated in the ticket description and will be emailed to you within 72 hours.
Is my ticket mobile ready?
Yes, your ticket will display as mobile ready. If it does not show as mobile ready, please print a physical copy to provide the venue.
I have not received my ticket.
If you have not received your ticket, please try checking your junk or spam folders. If you are still unable to locate the ticket, please email [email protected] and it will be re-sent to you. If you are travelling within 48 hours, please call the contact center at (+1) 470-300-8378.
What are the cancellation terms of my ticket?

My plans have changed, how do I cancel my ticket?
We understand that plans change. Your ticket can be cancelled as per the cancellation terms on the website and printed on your ticket. If your ticket is scheduled within 24 hours of cancellation terms, please call (+1) 470-300-8378 to ensure your ticket can be cancelled in time. Please note: Emailing within 24 hours of the cancellation policy or within the cancellation terms will not guarantee a refund.
I have lost my ticket.
